About Us
Newport Hills Golf Club (the “Project”) involves the future development of an 18-hole, par-68 golf course. The
golf course is planned to be laid out in consideration of the site’s natural topography and prevailing coastal
conditions, with the intent of accommodating a range of playing abilities.
The Project also includes supporting facilities intended to meet the operational and user needs of the golf
course. These facilities will be located at appropriate locations within the site to support operations, player
circulation, and basic on-course services, and will be integrated with the overall site layout to ensure
functionality and consistency with the overall development plan.
A clubhouse is included as part of the Project and is planned to function as the primary operational and service
facility for the golf course. The clubhouse is intended to provide reception, retail, food and beverage areas,
golfer support spaces, and associated changing and sanitary facilities, as well as common areas for golf course
users.
The Project is currently in its redevelopment phase. Remobilization is in 2026, with completion targeted for
2028.
